Services
Call Ready Sites provides website refresh, optimization, preview, file handoff, and setup-instruction services for local businesses. Unless agreed in writing, our services do not include ongoing hosting, domain management, advertising management, legal compliance review, or long-term website maintenance.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all business information, claims, images, testimonials, licensing language, policies, third-party platform requirements, and legal compliance before publishing delivered materials.
No Guaranteed Results
We design for clarity, credibility, mobile usability, and stronger conversion paths, but we do not guarantee revenue, leads, search rankings, ad performance, or any specific business outcome.
Previews and Examples
Preview links, mockups, and portfolio examples are provided for demonstration and review. A preview does not mean a business has endorsed, purchased, or approved the work unless stated clearly.
Payments and Delivery
Project scope, price, and deliverables should be confirmed before payment. Once work begins or files are delivered, refunds are not guaranteed and may be handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics tools, maps, fonts, or email platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, or limitations from third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
