1. Services

Call Ready Sites provides professional website design services for service businesses, including:

Custom 1-page responsive website design
Mobile optimization
SEO-optimized structure
Contact form integration
HTTPS security implementation
Website files and deployment instructions

2. Service Process

2.1 Initial Contact

You initiate service by emailing us at hello@callreadysites.com with your business information and requirements.

2.2 Preview Delivery

We will provide a preview of your website within 24 hours of receiving all necessary information. The preview will be accessible via a temporary URL.

2.3 Revisions

One round of revisions is included in the base price. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

2.4 Final Delivery

Upon approval and payment, we will deliver:

Complete website files (HTML, CSS, assets)
Deployment instructions
Basic usage documentation

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Base Price

Our standard 1-page website package is priced at $499 (one-time fee).

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon approval of the preview
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
We accept major credit cards and debit cards
Payment must be received before final delivery

3.3 Additional Fees

Additional services not included in the base price:

Domain registration and hosting (your responsibility)
Multiple revision rounds beyond the first
Multi-page websites
Custom functionality or integrations
Ongoing maintenance or updates

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund if:

You are not satisfied with the preview before payment
We fail to deliver the preview within 48 hours
The delivered product does not match the approved preview

4.2 No Refunds After Delivery

Once the final files are delivered and payment is processed, refunds are not available except in cases of:

Material defects in the delivered files
Failure to deliver approved features

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate business information and content
Responding to our emails in a timely manner
Obtaining necessary licenses for any provided content
Domain registration and hosting arrangements
Website deployment and maintenance after delivery

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment:

You own the delivered website files and code
You retain ownership of your business content and branding
We retain the right to use the project in our portfolio

6.2 Your Content

You represent that you have the right to use all content you provide, including:

Text and descriptions
Images and logos
Business information

6.3 Third-Party Assets

If we use third-party resources (fonts, icons, libraries), they remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Our Warranties

We warrant that:

Services will be performed professionally and competently
Delivered code will be functional and meet specifications
We have the right to provide the services

7.2 Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT:

Specific business results or revenue increases
Search engine rankings
Website uptime after deployment (your hosting responsibility)
Compatibility with all future browser versions

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for lost profits, data, or business opportunities
We are not liable for issues arising from your hosting, domain, or deployment

9. Communication

All communication will be conducted via email at hello@callreadysites.com. We do not provide phone support.

10. Project Timeline

Preview: Within 24 hours of receiving complete information
Revisions: 24-48 hours after revision requests
Final Delivery: Within 3-5 business days after payment

Timelines may be extended if you delay in providing information or feedback.

11. Cancellation

11.1 Before Preview

You may cancel at any time before the preview is delivered without charge.

11.2 After Preview

If you cancel after preview delivery but before payment, no charges apply. Once payment is made, cancellation is subject to our refund policy.

12. Confidentiality

We will:

Keep your business information confidential
Not share your information with third parties (except service providers)
Use your information only for providing services

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Ready Sites from claims arising from:

Your use of the delivered website
Content you provided
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thurston County, Washington.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through:
